Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun sunduğu kar dağıtımı yazılı teklifi önergesi doğrultusunda; Şirketimizin 2020 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu oluşan vergi sonrası 10.013.838 TL net dönem karından geçmiş yıl zararları, genel kanuni yedek akçe ve yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra kalan brüt 10.013.838 TL kar payına ilave, 1.824.906 TL Geçmiş Yıl Karından, 11.230.753 TL Özel Fonlardan, 930.503 TL ise Olağanüstü Yedeklerden karşılanarak, ortaklara dağıtılacak toplam 24,000,000 TL brüt kâr payının Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda yayınlanan "Kar Dağıtım Tablosu" çerçevesinde dağıtılmasına ve ödemelerin 01 Nisan 2021 tarihinden itibaren nakden yapılmasına katılanların oy birliği ile karar verildi.
