Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 04.03.2022 tarihli 2022/05 nolu kararı ile 1.000.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 245.000.000 TL olan ödenmiş sermayesinin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak üzere % 140,00 oranında 343.000.000,00 TL artırılarak 588.000.000 TL' ye çıkarılması ile ilgili Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna 23.03.2022 tarihinde yapmış olduğu başvuru 04.08.2022 Sermaye Piyaası Kurulu 2022/38 bülteni ile olumsuz karşılanmasına karar vermiştir.
