tablolarda kar dağıtımına konu kar oluşmaması nedeniyle Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin ilgili maddesi ve kar dağıtım politikası hükümleri de dikkate alınarak kar dağıtımı yapılmaması
hususunun Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine,
