Dividend Payment Table Explanation

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Kavram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 2018 mali yılına ait faaliyetlerden elde edilen dönem karından vergi ve sair yasal yükümlülükler çıkarıldığında toplam net dönem zararının 6.340.889,00 ( Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda bu rakam 2.105.670,62-TL kardır) olduğu anlaşılmaktadır,

Ş irket'in 2018 yılı hesap dönemine ait SPK'ya göre net dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmaması dolayısıyla, kar dağıtımı yapılmaması kabul edildi.

Buna ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.19.1 sayılı Kar Payı Tebliği ve bu tebliğ uyarınca ilan edilen Kar Payı Rehberinde yer alan Kar Dağıtım Tablosu formatına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve ekte yer alan kar dağıtım önerisinin ilan edilmesine, bu hususun Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına,Yönetim Kurulu oybirliği ile karar vermiştir
