anlaşılmaktadır.
Yukarıdaki açıklamalar doğrultusunda, 2020 yılına ait net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılması suretiyle öz sermayeye eklenmesi ve şirket bünyesinde bırakılması konusunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına, Yönetim Kurulu oybirliği ile karar vermiştir.
