Şirketimizin SPK (II.14.1) Sayılı Tebliği'ne istinaden hazırlanmış ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2021 yılı finansal tablolarına göre vergi ve sair yasal yükümlülükler çıkarıldığında net dönem karının 69.017.736 TL olduğu , Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş verilere göre ise net dönem karının 56.260.700 TL olduğu görülmektedir.Yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra geriye kalan tutarın geçmiş yıl karlarına eklenmek suretiyle yatırım harcamalarımızda kullanılmasına 2021 Yılına İlişkin gerçekleşen Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında oy birliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
