Şirket'in 200.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalmak üzere, 30.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 87.500.000 TL'si mevcut ortaklar tarafından nakden, geri kalan 62.500.000 TL'nin ise, 56.500.000 TL tutarlı kısmı Şirketimiz ortaklarından Nersan Holding A.Ş., 1.500.000 TL tutarlı kısmı Mehmet NERGİZ, 1.500.000 TL tutarlı kısmı Tuba NERGİZ, 1.500.000 TL tutarlı kısmı Begüm BİRBEN ve 1.500.000 TL tutarlı kısmı Burak NERGİZ'in Şirketimize nakden ödemiş olduğu tutarlardan olmak üzere sermaye avanslarından karşılanarak toplam 150.000.000 TL (%500 oranında) tutarında nakden artırılmasına ve 180.000.000 TL'ye çıkartılması duyurusunun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanması talebimiz olumsuz karşılanmıştır.
