01.08.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamamızda,

Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.'nin 01.08.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında, satışa çıkarılan 12 portföyden toplamda 420,6 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 1 bireysel portföyün ihalesini şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bu ihaleye konu alacakların devir ve temlik işlemleri 12.08.2025 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanmıştır.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated August 1st, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 420.6 million TL out of 12 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. on August 1st, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of August 12th, 2024.
