25.08.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamamızda,

Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş.'nin 22.08.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında, satışa çıkarılan 2 portföyden toplamda 1 milyar 594,9 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 2 bireysel portföyün ihalesini şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bu ihaleye konu alacakların devir ve temlik işlemleri 27.08.2025 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanmıştır.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated August 25th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 594.9 million TL out of 2 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on August 22nd, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of August 27th, 2024.
