In our Material Event Disclosures dated September 6&8, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail&SME portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 42 million TL out of 3 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on September 5th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this  tender, have been duly completed.
