28.11.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamamızda,

Denizbank A.Ş.'nin 28.11.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında satışa çıkarılan 5 bireysel 1 kobi-ticari portföyden toplamda 346,2 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 1 kobi-ticari portföyün ihalesini en yüksek teklifi vererek şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bu ihaleye konu alacakların devir ve temlik işlemleri tamamlanmıştır.

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 SME-Corporate portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 346.2 million out of 5 retail and 1 SME-Corporate portfolios put up for sale by Denizbank A.Ş. on November 28th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
