In accordance with our company's Board of Directors' decision dated on September 12, 2023, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board seeking approval of the issuance certificate for the issuance of debt instruments up to TL 750,000,000 to eligible domestic investors in lieu of a public offering. The Capital Markets Board authorized the issuance application for the debt instruments our company will issue to qualified investors under the issuance ceiling of TL 750,000,000,000 with decision dated 10.11.2023 and numbered 69/1492 in the amount of TL 750,000,000. We submit this for the general public's and investors' information.
