At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 08.12.2023, within the scope of the procedures and principles outlined in Article 15 of the Communiqué on the Principles of Establishment and Activities of Investment Institutions numbered (III-39.1) of the Capital Markets Board, it was resolved that, due to the death of Mr. Ali Altıntaş, Independent Member of the Board of Directors of our Company on 05.11.2023, Mr. Murat Tükel was unanimously appointed as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors by the participants of the meeting.
