Our Company's Board of Directors, with its decision dated 24.05.2024 and numbered 36, has resolved to authorise the General Manager to issue financial bills and/or bonds not exceeding a total amount of TL 1,750,000,000,000 (One Billion Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Turkish Liras) to be sold to qualified investors without public offering in the domestic market, in accordance with the provisions of the "Communiqué on Debt Instruments" numbered VII-128.8 of the Capital Markets Board and based on the authority granted in Article 21 of our Articles of Association, and to apply to the CMB for this purpose. We submit this for the general public's and investors' information. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
