Şirketimizin %10,5 oranında iştiraki Pera Yatırım Holding A.Ş. (PEHOL) 17.01.2025 tarihinde (bugün) 4.900.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 997.929.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden olmak üzere %100 oranında 997.920.000 TL artışla 1.995.840.000 TL'ye çıkarılması kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu bedelli sermaye artırım başvurusunda bulunmuştur.

Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygı ile duyurulur.

Pera Yatırım Holding A.Ş. (PEHOL), a 10.5% subsidiary of our Company, has applied to the Capital Markets Board for a capital increase in the amount of TL 997,929,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 4,900,000,000 on 17.01.2025 (today) within the scope of increasing its issued capital from TL 997,929,000 to TL 1,995,840,000 with a 100% increase of TL 997,920,000, all in cash.
