Şirketimiz tarafından hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş
tarafından denetlenen 01/01-31/12/2016 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal tablolar esas alınarak, yasal kayıtlara göre 138.503.675,32-TL dönem karı oluştuğu, %5 kanuni yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemelerine uygun olarak 455.128.152,18-TL net dağıtılabilir kar elde edildiği, bu tutara yıl içinde yapılmış olan 22.886,00-TL tutarındaki bağışların eklenmesi ile 455.151.038,18-TL birinci temettü matrahı oluştuğu görülmüş ve sermaye piyasası mevzuatına uygun olarak; 17.500.000,00-TL (brüt) dönem karından (1-TL nominal değerdeki beher hisse senedine brüt % 4,7297297 oranında 0,0472973-TL, net % 4,0202703 oranında 0,0402027-TL) nakit kar payı dağıtılmasına,
karar vermişlerdir.
