Through an announcement via the Public Disclosure Platform dated May 4, 2018, the potential share sale to be realized by some of the shareholders of Polisan Holding A.Ş., including our Company has been disclosed and it has been stated that Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. and Raiffeisen Centrobank AG were authorized in order to conduct the promotion and sales related transactions within this scope.
This time, apart from the above mentioned, due to the cyclical economic constriction, it has been mutually agreed that other potential purchase offers in Istanbul Stock Exchange regarding a part or the whole of the shares of Polisan Holding A.Ş. that we are currently in possession of, shall be evaluated. It is hereby submitted to the public attention.
The improvements on this matter will be further submitted to the public attention upon occurrence.
