The proposal of our Company's Board of Directors, regarding the appointment of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as an auditor for the 2024 accounting period, proposed by the Audit Committee; was approved at the General Assembly held on 26.04.2024, and was registered on 03.05.2024 and published in the Official Gazette dated 03.05.2024 and numbered 11074.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
