Our company's income statement for the period 01.01.2024 - 31.03.2024 has been submitted to the Tax Office as annex of the Provisional Tax Declaration and has not been prepared within the scope of the Capital Market Legislation.

Due to the exclusion of income and expense items of subsidiaries consolidated in our company's financial statements from the attached 'solo' income statement, it is respectfully announced to the public that the attached 'solo' income statement will differ from the 'consolidated' financial statements to be disclosed according to CMB regulations.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
