Şirketimizin 80.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı dahilinde, 26.875.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 35.410.742,70 TL'si Emisyon Primi hesabından, 1.146.794,47 TL'si Özel Fonlar hesabından ve 16.386.212,83 TL'si Geçmiş Yıl Karları hesabından karşılanmak suretiyle, 79.818.750,00 TL'ye arttırılması nedeniyle ihraç edilen 52.943.750,00 TL itibari değerdeki paylara ilişkin İhraç Belgesinin onaylanması ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Payların Nev'i ve Devri" başlıklı 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak uygun görüş alınması amacıyla 02.06.2022 tarihinde (bugün) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştır.
