Şirketimiz 14.07.2023 Tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile sermayesinin tamamı iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 190.370.946 TL'ye artırılması nedeniyle ihraç edilecek 126.913.964 TL'lik itibari değerdeki paylara ilişkin İhraç Belgesinin onaylanması ve Esas Sözleşmenin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6 maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak uygun görüş alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na gerekli izin başvurusu yapılmıştır.
Başvurumuz ile ilgili şirket Esas Sözleşmesinde Yapılması Planlanan Değişiklikler Tablosu ekte yer almaktadır.
