In our statement dated 01.04.2024, the year section of the date for the resignation of our Investor Relations Supervisor was mistakenly written as 2023.

Accounting Manager - Investor Relations Supervisor of our Company, Ercan Mekik, resigned from his position as of 31 March 2024 .

Therefore, efforts have been initiated to make a new appointment to the vacant position of Investor Relations Manager in accordance with Article 11 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, and a separate announcement will be made when the said appointment is made.

There is no recent update on the issue, our aforementioned announcement is being re-published with the corrected date.
