MP Hotel Management Turizm İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. ("MP Hotel") who is tenant of Mares Hotel within the scope of the Lease Agreement dated 17.10.2016 sent an e-mail message to our company informing that a concordat request was made and regarding this request, a temporary respite decision was issued for MP Hotel for a period of 3 months, to be started on 13.06.2024, through the file numbered 2024/441 E. of the ANTALYA 3rd COMMERCIAL COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE. Currently, our tenant MP Hotel's activities at Mares Hotel continue and the rent was collected in advance within the framework of the lease agreement. A request for intervention in the case will be made by our company. All rights of our company within the scope of the lease agreement will be evaluated and developments regarding the issue will be shared with our investors.
