Divan Talya Oteli'nin yeniden yapım süreci kapsamında, yerel ve global ekonomik konjonktürdeki gelişmeler sonucu artan maliyetler ve güncellenen toplam yatırım öngörüsü dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizce yapılmakta olan toplam yatırım için son olarak T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından yaklaşık 1,2 Milyar TL olarak revize edilen teşvik belgesi, belirli yatırım kalemlerindeki revizyonlar doğrultusunda yaklaşık 2,1 Milyar TL olarak güncellenmiştir.

Within the scope of the reconstruction of Divan Talya Hotel, taking into account the increasing costs as a result of the developments in the local and global economic conjuncture and the updated total investment forecast made by our Company, incentive certificate; which was revised to approximately 1,2 Billion TL by the Ministry of Industry and Technology; is updated to approximately 2,1 Billion TL in line with the revisions in certain investment items.
