In our material event disclosures dated 16.07.2024 and 26.07.2024, it was announced that in the lawsuit filed against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality for the cancellation of the construction permit issued for the hotel construction with the 1/5000 Scale Zoning Plan and 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan regarding the reconstruction of Divan Talya Hotel and the renovation of the Conference Center project; the Antalya Administrative Court ruled to reject the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 Scale Zoning Plan; and to accept the request for the cancellation of the 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction permit related to this plan by a majority vote, and based on this decision, the construction activities at the construction site were stopped by Muratpaşa Municipality as of 26.07.2024.
Following the appeal by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality against the decision, it has been learned that Muratpaşa Municipality has also submitted an appeal with a request for stay of execution against the decision; and today our Company has also objected to the decision through appeal with a request for stay of execution. Developments regarding the issue will be shared with investors through material event disclosures and/or activity reports, depending on the importance of the issue. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
