In our material event disclosures dated 16 . 07 . 2024 , 26 . 07 . 2024 and 01 . 08 . 2024 , in the lawsuit filed against the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality regarding the reconstruction of our Divan Talya Hotel and the renovation of the Conference Center with the request for the cancellation of the construction permit issued for the construction of the hotel based on the 1 / 5000 Scale Master Zoning Plan and 1 / 1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan ; It was decided by the Antalya Administrative Court to reject the request for the cancellation of the 1 / 5000 scale Master Zoning Plan , and to accept the request for the cancellation of the 1 / 1000 scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction license related to this plan with the majority of votes , and based on this decision , the construction activities in the construction site were stopped by Muratpaşa Municipality as of 26 . 07 . 2024 . An appeal was filed against the decision by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality ; Subsequently , it was announced to the public that Muratpaşa Municipality and our company objected to the decision by way of appeal with a request for a stay of execution .

As of today , a lawsuit has been filed by our company against Muratpaşa Municipality for the cancellation of the suspension of construction dated 26 . 07 . 2024 along with a request for a stay of execution . Developments related to the subject will be shared with our investors through our material event disclosures and / or annual reports , depending on the importance of the subject .
