In our material event disclosures dated 16.07.2024, 26.07.2024, 01.08.2024 and 12.08.2024, in the lawsuit filed regarding reconstruction of our Divan Talya Hotel and the renovation of the Conference Center; against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality with the request for the cancellation of the construction permit issued for the construction with the 1 /5000 Scale Master Zoning Plan and 1 /1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan; It was decided by Antalya Administrative Court to reject the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 scale Master Zoning Plan, and to accept the request for the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction license related to this plan with the majority of vote, and based on this decision, the construction activities in the construction were stopped by Muratpaşa Municipality as of 26.07.2024. An appeal was filed against the decision by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality; subsequently, Muratpaşa Municipality and our company objected to the decision by way of appeal with a request for a stay of execution. In addition, it was announced to the public that a lawsuit was filed by our company against Muratpaşa Municipality with a request for a stay of execution in order to cancel the suspension of construction dated 26.07.2024.

As of today; it has been learned that the litigant has also filed an appeal against the part of the decision given by Antalya Administrative Court regarding the rejection of the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 Scale Master Development Plan.
