As it is known, in the lawsuit; regarding the reconstruction of our Divan Talya Hotel and the renovation of the Conference Center; filed against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality with request for the cancellation of the construction permit issued for the construction of the hotel with the 1/5000 Scale Master Zoning Plan and 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan; It was decided by Antalya Administrative Court to reject the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 scale Master Zoning Plan, and to accept the request for the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction license related to this plan with majority of votes, and based on this decision, the construction activities in the construction were stopped by Muratpaşa Municipality as of 26.07.2024; Antalya Metropolitan Municipality objected to the decision regarding the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Plan and the construction license related to this plan by way of appeal; Muratpaşa Municipality and our company objected to the decision regarding the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Plan and the construction license related to this plan by way of appeal with a request for a stay of execution; It was also announced to the public that the litigant filed an appeal against the part of the decision given by Antalya Administrative Court regarding the rejection of the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 Scale Master Development Plan, and that our company filed a lawsuit against Muratpaşa Municipality for the cancellation of the suspension of the construction dated 26.07.2024.

In the appeal application requesting the stay of execution made by Muratpaşa Municipality and our Company against the decision given by Antalya Administrative Court; the request for a stay of execution was rejected by Konya Regional Administrative Court, and the appeal review of the decision regarding the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Plan and the construction permit related to this plan continues.
