In our material event disclosure dated 14.06.2024, it was publicly disclosed that MP Hotel Management Tourism Construction Investment Inc. ("MP Hotel"), which operates as a tenant at Mares Hotel under the Lease Agreement dated 17.10.2016, had filed for a concordat. Antalya 3rd Commercial Court of First Instance issued a temporary respite decision for MP Hotel, starting from 13.06.2024, for a period of 3 months, under file number 2024/441 E.
In the concordat case where our company has also requested intervention and our intervention request was accepted by the court, it has been decided to extend the temporary respite period for an additional 2 months, making it valid until 13.11.2024.
