In our material event disclosure dated 14.06.2024, it was announced that MP Hotel Management Tourism Construction Investment Inc. ("MP Hotel"), which has been operating as a tenant at the Mares Hotel under the lease agreement dated 17.10.2016, had filed for a concordat request. In relation to this request, Antalya 3rd Commercial Court issued a temporary respite decision for MP Hotel for a period of 3 months. In our material event disclosure dated 15.09.2024, it was announced that our company had also filed for intervention in the concordat case, and that our request for intervention was accepted by the court. The temporary respite period in the concordat case was extended for an additional 2 months, until 13.11.2024.
It has now been learned that, with the decision of the Antalya 3rd Commercial Court on 13.11.2024, the temporary respite period for MP Hotel has been converted into a definitive respite for 1 year, extending until 13.11.2025.
