In our statement dated November 13, 2024, it was announced to the public that within the ongoing legal proceedings related to the reconstruction project of Divan Talya Hotel, our company had filed a case on August 12, 2024, requesting the annulment of the Municipality of Muratpaşa's construction halt decision dated July 26, 2024 in the case filed with a request for the suspension of execution to annul the construction halt decision, the Antalya 4th Administrative Court had rejected the request for the suspension of execution.

Our company has appealed the Antalya 4th Administrative Court's decision rejecting the request for the suspension of execution to the Konya Regional Administrative Court.
