With our statement dated January 5, 2022, regarding the Divan Talya Hotel zoning plan, in the lawsuit we are not a party to, it was announced to the public that a lawsuit was filed in 2020 against the Municipality of Muratpaşa by certain individuals, requesting the annulment of the finalized 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan for the reconstruction of Divan Talya Hotel. Following the rejection decisions of the first-instance court and the appellate court, the plaintiff filed an appeal to the Council of State. Regarding this legal process, it has been learned that the plaintiff's appeal has also been rejected by the Council of State, and thus, the decision to reject the request for the annulment of the zoning plan has become final.

Regarding the lawsuit in which we are a party, related to the Divan Talya Hotel zoning plan, as stated in our latest special situation announcement dated December 17, 2024, a lawsuit was filed against the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality, requesting the annulment of the 1/5000 Scale Master Zoning Plan, the 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan, and the construction permit granted for the hotel construction. The Antalya Administrative Court ruled by majority to reject the request for the annulment of the 1/5000 scale Master Zoning Plan, while accepting the request for the annulment of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction permit granted under this plan. Following this decision, as of July 26, 2024, the construction activities were halted by the Muratpaşa Municipality. The legal process is still ongoing, and developments related to the matter will be shared with our investors through special situation announcements and/or activity reports, depending on the significance of the issue.
