In our material event disclosure dated 16.07.2024, in the lawsuit filed against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and Muratpaşa Municipality for the cancellation of the construction permit issued for the hotel construction with the 1/5000 Scale Zoning Plan and 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan in which we were involved in the reconstruction of Divan Talya Hotel and renovation of the Conference Center project, it has been decided by the Antalya Administrative Court to reject the request for the cancellation of the 1/5000 Scale Zoning Plan, and to accept the request for the cancellation of the 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan and the construction permit associated with this plan by majority vote; It was announced to the public that it was learned that Antalya Metropolitan Municipality appealed against the decision regarding our material event disclosure dated 26.07.2024 and that Muratpaşa Municipality decided to stop construction activities at the construction site as of 26.07.2024 based on our material event disclosure dated the same date; that it was learned that Muratpaşa Municipality also appealed against the decision with our statement dated 01.08.2024 and that our Company also objected to the decision through appeal; that it was learned that the plaintiff also appealed against the part of the decision given by Antalya Administrative Court regarding the rejection of the request for cancellation of the 1/5000 Scale Zoning Plan with our material event disclosure dated 21.08.2024.

As a result of the relevant appeal review, it has been learned that the plaintiff's appeal was rejected by Konya Regional Administrative Court, with the right to appeal to the Council of State within 30 days from the notification of the decision; the appeal application of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Muratpaşa Municipality and our Company was accepted, and the first instance court decision regarding the cancellation of the 1/1000 scale Implementation Plan and the construction permit related to this plan was annulled and the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff was rejected; the decision has not yet been notified to our Company.

Our Company will apply to the relevant institutions, primarily Muratpaşa Municipality, based on the decision of Konya Regional Administrative Court, aiming to continue the construction, and the developments regarding the issue will be shared with our investors through material event disclosure and/or our activity reports, depending on the importance of the issue.
