As disclosed in our material event statement dated July 8, 2025, in line with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 08.07.2025 regarding the cash capital increase through the "private placement" method as stipulated under Article 13 of the Communiqué on Shares (VII-128.1), whereby the pre-emptive rights of existing shareholders were fully restricted, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 17.07.2025 for the approval of the related issue document.
