23.07.2025 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Borçlanma Araçları Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak 1 yıllık dönem içerisinde çeşitli tertip ve vadelerde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 400.000.000 Türk Lirası tutarına kadar Türk Lirası cinsinden piyasa koşullarına bağlı olarak belirlenecek esaslar çerçevesinde tahvil ya da finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

İş bu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The Issuance Certificate related to the bond or commercial paper issuance up to a total amount of 400,000,000 Turkish Lira, to be carried out in one or multiple tranches with various maturities within a 1-year period based on market conditions and in compliance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Debt Securities, as mentioned in our announcement dated 23.07.2025, is attached.
