Şirketimizin 2024 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yürürlüğe konulmuş olan Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları esas alınarak KGK ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Nevados Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen konsolide finansal tablolarında ana ortaklığa ait net dönem zararı 17.823.601 TL olarak gerçekleşirken 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun ("VUK") ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında ise net dönem karı
10.087.165,10 TL
olarak gerçekleşmiştir.
Şirketimizin Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları esaslarına göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına yönelik hususu 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin
oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
