oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu'nun 42'nci maddesi gereğince; Birleşik Metal İşçileri Sendikası'nın, Şirketimiz için yetki tespit başvurusuna istinaden, T.C. Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı tarafından yapılan inceleme neticesinde; Sendikanın şirketimiz bünyesinde işletme toplu iş sözleşmesi yapabilmesi için gerekliği çoğunluğu sağladığına ilişkin bakanlık tespit yazısı tarafımıza tebliğ edilmiştir. İşbu tebliğ kapsamında Bakanlığın çoğunluk tespitine şirketimiz tarafından adli makamlar nezdinde 6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu kapsamında itiraz edilmiştir. Gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.		Pursuant to Article 42 of the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements; As a result of the examination carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey based on the application of the United Metal Workers Union for the determination of authorization for our Company; We have been notified of the ministry's determination letter stating that the union has achieved the necessary majority for the collective bargaining agreement within our company. Within the scope of this communique, the majority determination of the Ministry was objected by our company to the judicial authorities within the scope of the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Developments will be shared with the public. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
