Bu kapsamda; şirketimiz tarafından ilgili personellere taşınma teklifi yasal mevzuatlar çerçevesinde yapılmış olup, teklifi kabul etmeyen personeller ile yasal hakları ödenmek suretiyle karşılıklı anlaşılmıştır. İşten ayrılanlar ile şirketimizin uzun vadeli iş planları çerçevesinde, kaynakların daha etkin kullanımı ve verimlilik artışı amacıyla iş akdi sonlandırılan personellerimizin de etkisiyle; toplam personel sayımız kamuya açıklanan son bilanço tarihindeki toplam personel sayısına göre %10'un üzerinde azalarak 312 kişiye inmiştir. Taşınma ve personel işlemleri şirketimizin planlaması çerçevesinde yapılmış olup, anılan planlama kapsamında işe alım süreçlerimiz devam etmektedir. Bu iş ve işlemler neticesinde, şirketimizin üretim faaliyetlerinde herhangi bir değişiklik beklenmemektedir. İşbu açıklama SPK'nın II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliğine ilişkin Rehber'in 5.7 maddesinin 11. fıkrası kapsamında yapılmıştır. Kamuoyunun ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunarız.		It was previously disclosed to the public through material event disclosures that production activities at the rented facility in Balıkesir were decided to be transferred to the company's owned Hendek Factory to enhance production efficiency, reduce production costs, and expand the product range the relocation process has since been completed. In this context, our company has made a relocation offer to the relevant personnel within the framework of legal regulations, and mutual agreement has been reached with the personnel who did not accept the offer by paying their legal rights. With the effect of those who left their jobs and those whose employment contracts were terminated for more efficient use of resources and increase in productivity within the framework of our company's long-term business plans; our total number of personnel decreased by more than 10% compared to the total number of personnel on the last balance sheet date disclosed to the public and decreased to 312 people. The relocation and personnel transactions were carried out within the framework of our company's planning, and our recruitment processes continue within the scope of the aforementioned planning. As a result of these works and transactions, no change is expected in the production activities of our company. This announcement has been made in accordance with paragraph 11 of Article 5.7 of the Guidance on the Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board (CMB).
