oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimizin kapasite ve verimlilik artışına yönelik yatırımları kapsamında, Balıkesir'de bulunan Kompakt Transformatör üretim tesisisin kapasite artışı, makine ve teçhizatların yenilenmesi ve modernizasyonu için 2012/3305 sayılı "Yatırımlarda Devlet Yardımları Hakkında Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı" uyarınca yapılan Teşvik Belgesi başvurumuz T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından onaylanmıştır. Onaylanan 575703 no.lu Teşvik Belgesi'nin süresi 3 yıl olup, toplam yatırım tutarı 170.000.000 TL'dir. Teşvik Belgesi kapsamında, makine ve teçhizat alımları ve/veya kiralanmasında 3065 sayılı KDV Kanunu'nun (13/d) maddesine göre KDV istisnası uygulanabilecektir. Within the scope of our Company's investments for capacity and efficiency increase, our Incentive Certificate application made in accordance with the "Decree of the Council of Ministers on State Incentives in Investments" numbered 2012/3305 for the capacity increase, renewal and modernization of machinery and equipment of the Compact Transformer production facility in Balıkesir has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The duration of the approved Incentive Certificate numbered 575703 is 3 years and the total investment amount is 170.000.000 TL. Within the scope of the Incentive Certificate, VAT exemption can be applied according to Article (13/d) of VAT Law No. 3065 for the purchase and/or lease of machinery and equipment. We present it to the information of the public and our investors. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
