oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz ile Societe Algerienne de l'Electricité et du Gaz-Transport Electricité et Operateur Système arasında, 15 Ekim 2017 tarihinde imzalanan, toplam bedeli 11.481.715 EUR ve 1.003.241.370,72 DZD olan sözleşme, fesih beyanı üzerine sona erdirilmiş, proje kapsamında verilen toplam 1.148.171,50 EUR tutarındaki teminat mektupları ödenmiştir. Sözleşme kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesinde yaşanan anlaşmazlıklar sebebiyle sözleşmenin feshedilmesi üzerine Şirketimiz ile ilgili şirket arasında uyuşmazlık söz konusu olmuştur. Başlatılan uluslararası tahkimde haklarımızın korunması amacıyla, karşı alacak taleplerimizi de içerir dilekçemiz elektronik olarak sunulmuş olup, 07.04.2025 (bugün) tarihli olarak ilgili tahkim kurumuna elden teslim edilecektir. Gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Kamuoyunun ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunarız.		The contract signed between our company and Societe Algerienne de l'Electricité et du Gaz-Transport Electricité et Operateur Système on October 15, 2017, with a total value of EUR 11,481,715 and DZD 1,003,241,370.72, was terminated upon the declaration of termination, and the letters of guarantee issued within the scope of the project for a total amount of EUR 1,148,171.50 were paid. Upon the termination of the contract due to disagreements in the fulfillment of the obligations under the contract, there was a dispute between our Company and the relevant company. In order to protect our rights in the international arbitration initiated, our petition, including our counterclaim claims, has been submitted electronically and will be hand-delivered to the relevant arbitration institution on 07.04.2025 (today). Developments will be shared with the public. We present it to the information of the public and our investors. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
