(AYEDAŞ) tarafından düzenlenen TD25001576 numaralı "GAZLI HÜCRE&KÖŞK STANDART ALIM İHALESİ" kapsamında 2.450.000 USD tutarındaki teklifimizle en avantajlı teklif sahibi olarak ihalede birinci sırada yer almıştır. İhale sonuc bildirimi 05.01.2026 tarihinde şirketimize resmi olarak iletilmiş olup, sözleşme sürecine ilişkin bilgilendirme ayrıca yapılacaktır. Söz konusu teklifin güncel kurla toplam 102.813.760,00 TL 'dir (TCMB alış kuru alınmıştır). Kamuoyunun ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunarız.		Our company, İSTANBUL ANADOLU YAKASI ELEKTRİK DAĞITIM A.Ş. (AYEDAŞ), has won the tender as the most advantageous bidder with our bid of 2,450,000 US Dollars. The tender result notification was officially communicated to our company on 05.01.2026, and detailed information regarding the contract process will be shared separately. The total value of the bid in question, based on the current exchange rate, is 102,813,760.00 TL (based on the TCMB buying rate). We present it to the information of the public and our investors. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
