Our Company has entered into agreements with various domestic and international counterparties as follows:

With various companies domiciled in Türkiye, contracts have been signed for medium voltage (MV) air- and gas-insulated switchgear products and MV monoblock concrete substations in the amount of USD 2,392,690.00 (TRY 106,535,718.60 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

With various companies domiciled in Türkiye, contracts have been signed for GE protection and control relays and transformer monitoring systems in the amount of USD 685,769.00 and EUR 66,650.00 (TRY 33,963,770.01 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

With various companies domiciled in Türkiye, contracts have been signed for MV air- and gas-insulated switchgear products in the amount of USD 266,467.00 and EUR 1,681,460.00 (TRY 98,386,286.61 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

With various companies domiciled in Türkiye, contracts have been signed for distribution transformers in the amount of USD 820,410.00 (TRY 36,529,165.46 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

With various companies domiciled abroad, contracts have been signed for MV air- and gas-insulated switchgear products and MV monoblock concrete substations in the amount of EUR 1,152,000.00 (TRY 59,277,657.60 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

With various companies domiciled abroad, contracts have been signed for MV air- and gas-insulated switchgear products in the amount of USD 345,000.00 and EUR 124,380.00 (TRY 21,761,432.10 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate).

The total amount of the contracts subject to sale is USD 4,510,336.00 and EUR 3,024,490.00 (TRY 356,454,030.38 in total, calculated based on the CBRT buying exchange rate). Delivery of the products is planned to be completed within 2026.
