Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar ile Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikaları çerçevesinde; Şirketimizin, Vergi Usul Kanunu ve SPK düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan 2016 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarında yer alan net dönem kâr'ında yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın dağıtılmaması hususlarının 26.04.2017 tarihinde yapılacak olan Şirketimizin Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
