Gersan Elektrik Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak kar dağıtımı ile ilgili olarak, Olağan Genel Kurula sunulacak Yönetim Kurulu teklifi aşağıdaki şekilde karar altına alınmıştır.
Şirketimizin SPK mevzuatı ve yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanmış finansal sonuçları dikkate alındığında, net dönem karının Şirket bünyesinde bırakılmasına ve kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmayacağının 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına,
Oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
