Bien Yapı Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Şirket") Yönetim Kurulu, aşağıdaki hususları karara bağlamıştır.
Şirketi'mizin 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II-14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yürürlüğe konulmuş olan Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları esas alınarak KGK ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Nevados Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş tarafından denetimden geçen konsolide finansal tablolarında ana ortaklığa ait net dönem zararı 2.102.450.704 TL , olarak gerçekleşirken 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun ("VUK") ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında net dönem zararı 1.493.590.098 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.
Yukarıda açıklanan bilgiler çerçevesinde,
Şirketimizin VUK ve SPK esaslarına göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına yönelik husus, 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunularak kabul edilmiştir.
