Within the scope of the share buyback resolution adopted by our Board of Directors on 21.07.2023, a total of RALYH shares with a nominal value of TL 4,662,901, representing 1.40% of the share capital of Ral Yatırım Holding A.Ş. ("RALYH"), had been repurchased by our Company.

As part of the share buyback program, RALYH shares with a nominal value of TL 3,288,750 were sold on Borsa Istanbul on 02.12.2025 at a price of TL 195 per share.

The proceeds from the sale, amounting to TL 641,306,250, will be used to meet the Company's working capital needs in line with its growth plans. Following this transaction, as of 02.12.2025, our Company holds RALYH treasury shares with a nominal value of TL 1,374,151.
