Pursuant to the share buyback resolution adopted by our Board of Directors on 21.07.2023, a total of 4,662,901 Ral Yatırım Holding A.Ş. ("RALYH") shares with a nominal value of TL 4,662,901, representing 1.40% of RALYH's share capital, had been repurchased by our Company.

Within the scope of the share buyback program, 1,096,250 RALYH shares with a nominal value of TL 1,096,250 were sold on Borsa İstanbul on 03.12.2025 at a price of TRY 195 per share.

The total proceeds of TL 213,768,750 obtained from the sale will be used to finance the Company's working capital requirements in line with its growth plans. Following this transaction, as of 03.12.2025, our Company holds 277,901 RALYH shares with a nominal value of TRY 277,901, repurchased within the scope of the Board resolution dated 21.07.2023.
