30 Aralık 2016 tarihli 2015 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;
Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarda net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı oluşmaması nedeniyle kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin teklifi müzakere edildi. Yapılan müzakere neticesinde;
Şirketin 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015 hesap dönemine ait "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolara göre, "Sürdürülen Faaliyetler Dönem Kârı / Zararı" 3.093.321 TL Net Dönem Kârı oluştuğu,
Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu kapsamında tutulan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise - 1.952.062 TL Net Dönem Zararı oluştuğu görüldü.
Bu nedenle, 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015 hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) düzenlemelerine göre yapılan hesaplamalarda net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı oluşmadığı da dikkate alınarak 2015 yılı için kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, net dönem kârının ise geçmiş yıllar zararından mahsup edilmesine oy birliği ile karar verildi.
