Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun tebliğlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan SPK Kar Dağıtım Tablosu'na göre, 2024 yılı 118.937.642 TL olan dönem karından sırasıyla; 43.324.193 TL hesaplanan vergilerin, 3.194.893,53 TL genel kanuni yedek akçenin düşülmesinden sonra 72.418.555,47 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karının, VUK Kar Dağıtım Tablosu'na göre, 2024 yılı 83.373.003,89 TL olan dönem karından sırasıyla; 19.475.133,31 TL hesaplanan vergilerin, 6.690.501,39 TL geçmiş yıllar zararlarının, 3.194.893,53 TL genel kanuni yedek akçenin düşülmesinden sonra kalan 54.012.475,66 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karının, Şirketimizin büyümekte olan iş hacmi ve yatırımları nedeniyle, Şirketimiz özkaynak yapısının güçlendirilmesi amacıyla olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına ve
Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 420. maddesi kapsamında ertelenen gündem maddelerinden olan
söz konusu hususun Şirketimizin 15.08.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilecek Olağanüstü Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda arz ve teklif edilmesine karar verildi.
