A.Ş.'nin 12.500.000.000 TL olarak belirlenen kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 1.400.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak üzere %170 oranında 2.380.000.000 TL artırılarak 3.780.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılması nedeniyle artırılacak 2.380.000.000 TL nominal değerli paylarının ihraç ve halka arzına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması amacıyla bugün (14.12.2025 tarihinde) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştır.
